Trend Plumbing offers shipping on selected products to most parts of Australia, however there are some restrictions depending on the nature of the product. Unfortunately, due to courier restrictions, we do not send to PO Boxes.

Authority to Leave

Where “Authority to Leave” is selected or requested, the customer accepts full responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been completed by the carrier.

Trend Home Solutions Pty Ltd is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location, supplier availability, or courier limitations.

Tracking details may be issued separately for split consignments.

Supplier and Manufacturer Delays

Many products sold by Trend Home Solutions Pty Ltd are sourced from third-party manufacturers and distributors.

As a result:

• stock availability,
• lead times,
• discontinuations,
• and shipping schedules

may change without notice.

We reserve the right to substitute equivalent freight services or fulfilment methods where required.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability, warehouse demand, public holidays, or carrier delays.

• Certain products may be supplied directly from third-party warehouses or suppliers and may require additional processing time.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders where products become unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly priced, or affected by supplier-related issues outside our reasonable control.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to:

• supplier shortages,
• courier disruptions,
• weather events,
• warehouse delays,
• customs processing,
• remote delivery locations,
• or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Trend Home Solutions Pty Ltd accepts no liability for delays in delivery where such delays are outside our direct control.

 

Shipping Charges

We offer a shipping rate of $30 Australia wide for under $200 and for customers in the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane area shipping is free. All orders are shipped via premium and express delivery services, to reduce the risks of breakages to our customers.

Additional freight charges may apply for:

• oversized items,
• bulky goods,
• remote delivery areas,
• commercial deliveries,
• re-delivery requests,
• or special handling requirements.

If additional shipping costs apply after an order is placed, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address or collection point.

Delivery Inspections

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any claims relating to:

• freight damage,
• shortages,
• incorrect supply,
• or visible defects

must be reported to us in writing to [email protected], within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate or process the claim

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate at the time of purchase.

We accept no responsibility for:

• incorrect delivery addresses,
• failed deliveries,
• redirection fees,
• return-to-sender charges,
• or delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned parcels.

• Please be aware that sometimes products must be ordered in, if orders are urgent please phone us prior to placing the order
• Shipping time frames vary from 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive an email with your specific tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• We chose the most secure and fastest delivery methods to ensure you receive your order fast and in perfect condition, however, once your order is in the hands of our freight company we do not take responsibility for any delays that may incur.

Product Warranty Terms:

All product warranties are to be covered under manufacturer warranty terms and it is up to the consumer to abide by manufacturer guidelines and engage a licensed tradesman to install the products if the goods are ‘supply only’. Please refer to the relevant manufacturer and/or product for the correct warranty terms.

Installation Responsibility

All plumbing, filtration, water treatment, and related products must be installed by appropriately qualified and licensed tradespersons in accordance with:

• applicable laws,
• Australian Standards,
• local plumbing regulations,
• and manufacturer instructions.

Trend Home Solutions Pty Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from:

• incorrect installation,
• improper use,
• inadequate maintenance,
• unsuitable operating conditions,
• water pressure issues,
• product modification,
• or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Water Damage and Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Home Solutions Pty Ltd excludes liability for:

• water damage,
• flooding,
• mould,
• property damage,
• business interruption,
• loss of profits,
• or consequential loss

arising from delays, product failure, installation issues, misuse, or maintenance failures.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to:

• a replacement or refund for a major failure,
• and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where required by law.

Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Bookings made via phone, email, social media, or other means may be subject to different pricing due to additional administrative, scheduling, or processing requirements. Trend Plumbing reserves the right to adjust pricing for non-online bookings.
