Rheem 26L Continuous Flow Hot Water System features:

• Suitable for homes up to 5 people
• 50°C temperature preset or 60°C models available
• 26L/minute continuous hot water delivery (at 25°C rise) – suitable for 2 bathrooms
• Compact design 519mm(H) x 355mm(W) x 188mm(D)
• Flamesafe® overheat protection — shuts down the water heater before overheating can occur
• Rheem Q Factor™ — ensures rapid hot water every time, with none of the fluctuations that occur with some continuous flow units
• Remote temperature controller options — so you can set the best and safest temperature for the bathroom and kitchen

What is a ‘standard’ Rheem 26L Gas Continuous Flow Hot Water System install?

• Supply new Gas Continuous Flow Hot Water System
• Isolate water & gas services and disconnect existing hot water system
• Mount new Gas Continuous Flow Hot Water System in place of existing system – EXTERNAL Only
• Install new Valves (excluding tempering valve)
• Test & Commission new system
• Lag copper pipework and secure according to AS3500
• Disposal of existing hot water system & rubbish
• Submit Form 4 to local Council

Please note:

– If further work outside this scope is required, additional costs will be chargeable to the customer at the discretion of the attending technician(s)
– Hot water system must be installed in a compliant area and mounting surface
– If the hot water system needs to be relocated, additional costs will incur
– If extra valves require replacing, additional costs will incur – This is at the discretion of the attending plumber

– Prices do not include replacing gas regulator, further gas work or upgrading gas pipework

– If the electrical circuit, RCD or other components need to be upgraded or replaced to be compliant, additional costs will incur

 

Rheem 26L Gas Continuous Flow Hot Water System Warranty:

• 12 years parts and 3 Years labour on Heat Exchanger
• 3 years parts & labour on other components, when installed in a domestic dwelling.
• For all other installations, the warranty period is 1 year parts and labour on Heat Exchanger and other components.
